This blog captures three things I love: writing, photography, and Pittsburgh.

I love how rush hour traffic stopped this morning on 885, allowing a drunken raccoon to return to the foliage on the side of the road. No horns honked, no firearms discharged, no raccoon smooshed.
I grew up in the depths of the Mon Valley. Schooled in dreary Erie. 2.5 years of purgatory in upstate NY. Made my triumphant return to Pittsburgh about seven years ago and have been loving every minute.
